About Hope Air Systems
Hope Air Systems was established in the 1960's as part of The Hope Group, a leading industrial distributor in the New England region. Hope Air Systems was created to distribute and service stationary air compressors at a time when The Hope Group was headquartered in Fitchburg, MA. The Hope Group maintains a ParkerStore in Fitchburg today, but its principal office and warehouse is located in Northboro MA.
The company was known as The Hope Rubber Company during the 1930's and was renamed The Hope Group during the 1980's. Hope Air Systems helped the company expand beyond its primary market concentration of industrial rubber and power transmission products to include air compressors and associated products.
Today, Hope Air Systems provides a full range of components and systems to support the requirements of any mechanical room in a factory or manufacturing plant, including air compressors, nitrogen generators, chillers, blowers, boosters and skid-based packaged systems.
Compressed Air Systems
Hope Air Systems has over 40 years experience providing rotary, reciprocating, oil-free and centrifugal stationary air compressor systems to the New England industrial market. From its 60,000 square foot ISO 9001:2000 stocking location in Northboro MA, backed by national stocking locations by Kaeser Compressor, Hope Air Systems can offer quick turnaround on orders for compressors ranging from 3HP to over 600HP. In addition, Hope Air Systems has developed a worldwide market over the past 25 years designing, fabricating and installing PET air compressor systems for the bottle blowing market. With over 300 installations worldwide, Hope Air Systems has become a significant contributor to the expansion of the PET industry.
Nitrogen Generators
Hope Air Systems has built upon its experience as a custom package system designer/fabricator to include the full-range of on-site PSA and membrane nitrogen generators for the New England market. Through its relationship with The Hope Group and Sorensen Systems, another member company, Hope Air Systems has successfully designed, fabricated and installed nitrogen generators for companies seeking an on-site gas source as an alternative to bottled gas.
Blowers/Boosters
Hope Air Systems has responded to requests from its customers to expand its product line to include Blower and Booster systems and components from Kaeser Compressors, Becker Pumps, Busch Vacuum, Cimco Cooling Systems and other major providers. Whether it's a booster system to increase the capacity for an existing process or a completely new engineered system designed by Hope Air System's engineering staff, no problem is too great to solve.
PET Bottle Blowing Air Compressors
Hope Air Systems has been providing PET bottle blowing and blow molding solutions for industrial installations throughout the world. From Mexico to Saudi Arabia, its engineered systems meet the most stringent production requirements in the industry. Hope Air Systems PET installations run blow molders from Aoki, Automa, Krupp, Nissei ASB, Sidel, Sipa and others.
Chilling/Cooling Systems
Hope Air Systems distributes packaged or custom-designed chilling and cooling systems to meet a wide range of industrial applications. Whether it's an indoor or outdoor installation, a pre-packaged unit or a custom unit, a small or large application, Hope Air System's engineers can design a system to meet the strictest requirements. Hope Air System's in-house design and fabrication capacity assures its customers that it will provide chillers, cooling towers and fluid pumping systems for any industrial process.
Compressor Service, Rentals and Parts
Hope Air Systems has a fleet of service vehicles that can be dispatched to meet any emergency repair requirement in New England on a 24 hour a day basis. From its headquarters location at Northboro MA, or from any of its satellite locations in Bangor ME, Portland ME, Manchester NH, Fitchburg MA and Cranston RI, Hope Air Systems can service its customers in any of the New England states.
